Every morning from 8:00 to 9:30 am, in the historic parlour: a small, refined breakfast in Hofergut style. Eggs and cheese from the neighbouring farm, South Tyrolean Speck, oven-fresh bread, sweet pastries from the baker, yoghurt, butter, jams, honey, muesli and seasonal fruit. Almost all products are from South Tyrol – honest, high-quality, carefully selected. Gluten-free and vegetarian options available on request.
