In the form of selected South Tyrolean products: sweet snacks, savoury nibbles and plenty of typical traditional delicacies. Exquisite wines are also on offer. Our Honesty Bar* has been integrated into the original smokehouse and is open around the clock.
*Simply take what you want and enter your suite and apartment number in the list. This bills are then paid upon departure.
On request, we will prepare a small, refined Hofergut-style breakfast for you from 8:00 to 9:30 in our cosy parlour. Look forward to regional specialities: eggs and cheese from the neighbouring farm, South Tyrolean Speck, fine ham, oven-fresh bread, sweet pastries from the baker, along with yoghurt, butter, selected jams, honey, chocolate spread, muesli, nuts and seasonal fruit. Almost all products are from South Tyrol – honest, high-quality and carefully selected. We are happy to provide gluten-free and vegetarian options on request.
