Hiking

The Val Pusteria is best discovered on foot. From Riscone, you head straight into nature – whether on a leisurely circular route, along alpine meadows, or up to one of the surrounding peaks for far-reaching views. Routes for every level, right on your doorstep. Those who want to venture further will find untouched landscapes in the surrounding nature parks: the Fanes-Sennes-Braies Nature Park and the Tre Cime Nature Park offer tours for every level. The Aurina Valley, one of South Tyrol’s most unspoilt valleys, invites you with quiet paths along the Aurino stream and ascents into the Zillertal Alps and the Rieserferner Group. The neighbouring Anterselva Valley delights with its deep-green mountain lake at 1,600 metres and quiet hiking trails away from the crowds.
